SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to delivery, dispatch, and shipment of orders placed through MPower Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. including all our verticals: MPower Hygiene, MPower Retail, and MPower Affiliates.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Pre-orders (for out-of-stock items) will be dispatched within 15-20 days, and the customer will be notified accordingly.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across India and to select international locations.

  • Delivery to remote or restricted zones may take additional time.

Delivery times may vary due to courier capacity, customs, or unforeseen delays.

5. Shipping Charges

 

  • Domestic orders above ₹10,000: Free Shipping

  • Standard shipping: ₹199 (flat rate for orders under ₹10,000)

  • International shipping: Based on actual courier rates (calculated at checkout)

6. Tracking & Support

 

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID.

  • All logistics are managed by reputed third-party partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, FedEx, or Shiprocket).

7. Delivery Conditions

 

  • Ensure accurate delivery information (name, phone number, address).

  • If a delivery is missed, re-attempts will be made by the courier company.

  • MPower is not responsible for delays caused by address errors or customer unavailability.

8. Packaging

​

  • Products are shipped with secure, tamper-proof packaging.

  • For sensitive equipment, shock-proof and UV-safe layers are included.

9. Damaged or Lost Orders

​

  • If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, report within 48 hours via email with video/image proof.

  • If your shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement at no extra cost upon verification.

10. International Duties & Taxes

 

  • For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • These charges are not included in our product pricing or shipping fees.
