REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Overview

At MPower Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver reliable, innovative, and highquality hygiene, retail, and aliate solutions. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we oer refund and return options under the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:
- 
The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described 
- 
You received the wrong item 
- 
The product is not yet used and returned in its original packaging 
- 
The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Note: Returns are not applicable to:
- 
Used or altered items 
- 
Downloadable software or digital services 
- 
Customized branding kits or services rendered 
- 
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. Return Process
To initiate a return: 
- 
Email: info@mpowerinnovationlabs.com within 7 days of delivery 
- 
Attach: Invoice copy + Images/videos of product & packaging 
- 
Our team will verify and approve the request within 3 working days 
- 
Pickup or return logistics will be arranged accordingly 
4. Refund Process

Once the product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days 
- 
If returned using store credit, we may oer additional discount or bonus credits 
​
5. Subscription Refunds (Services)
​
- 
You may cancel ongoing service subscriptions with a 5-day notice 
- 
Refunds will be issued prorated for the unused billing cycle (excluding installation/demo costs) 
​
6. Shipping & Handling
- 
If the return is due to a company error or damaged item, return shipping is free 
- 
If the return is due to a change of mind, customer pays return courier charges 
​
7. Warranty-Based Returns
- 
Most MPower devices (e.g., UV closet, sterilizer robots, cabinets) carry a 1-year limited warranty 
- 
Repairs or replacements will be processed free of charge under valid warranty claims
