Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

​

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, products, platforms, and websites operated by MPower Innovation Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“MPower”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

 

2. Company Overview

​

MPower operates through its verticals:

  • MPower Hygiene – UV-based sterilization products & services

  • MPower Retail – MSME branding solutions, POS & marketing kits

  • MPower Jobs (Affiliates) – Skill-based affiliate & tradie programs

  • MPower Innovation – R&D division for health-tech and automation

 

3. Eligibility

​

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity under Indian laws to enter into binding contracts to use our services. Organizational users must ensure the individual acting on their behalf is duly authorized.

 

4. Accountability & User Responsibilities

​

  • Users must provide accurate, complete information when registering or interacting with our services.

  • You may not use our services for unlawful purposes or to cause harm to others or the environment.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login credentials.

 

5. Products & Services Usage

​

  • Our hygiene and retail products are intended for sanitization, branding, and productivity enhancement only.

  • Misuse, dismantling, unauthorized resale, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

  • Service delivery will follow defined SOPs, including trial reports, audits, and scheduled bookings.

 

6. Orders, Pricing & Payment

​

  • All orders must be confirmed via invoice or signed contract.

  • Payment is required within 7 days from the invoice date (unless otherwise agreed).

  • GST invoices will be issued in accordance with Indian tax laws.

  • Invoices unpaid after 15 days may attract penalties or cancellation.

 

7. Subscriptions & Services

​

  • Subscription models for services and digital tools will renew monthly/annually based on plan selection.

  • Clients must notify MPower within 5 days before renewal for cancellation.

  • Subscription usage is tracked via your client dashboard (web or app).

 

8. Warranties & Limitations

​

  • All MPower devices carry a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects.

  • Warranty void if product is tampered with, water-damaged, or used for unintended purposes.

  • MPower will not be liable for indirect losses or third-party misuse.

 

9. Returns & Refunds

​

  • Return of physical goods must follow our Return Policy.

  • Service refunds are permitted only for unused subscriptions (prorated).

  • No refund for completed services, demos, or post-installation.

 

10. Intellectual Property

​

  • All content, products, designs, and software remain the exclusive IP of MPower Technologies.

  • Users and aliates must not reproduce or redistribute materials without written consent.

  • Logos and brand names are protected under Indian Trademark Law.

 

11. Confidentiality

​

  • Clients, affiliates, and vendors agree to protect all shared business information.

  • Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action and termination.

 

12. Termination

​

MPower may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled

  • There is misuse of product or platform

Users may terminate by providing 10 days’ notice in writing and clearing outstanding dues.

 

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

​

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

 

14. Amendments

​

MPower reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified via email or website update.
